Susahnye nak kurus. Dulu time intern aku ilang 17 kg. Dari 72kg ke 55kg. (gile bangga). Mebi time intern aku kurang berduit so aku kurang makan. Last 5 months pe yg aku buat ek utk kurus hmmm.....
1. Aku join gym. Aku byr RM 120 sebulan. Tp aku x bape pegi sgt. Alasan bz.
2. Aku control makan. Tp xsmpi seminggu.Alasan xleh tahan nafsu makan.
3. Aku minum slimming teh (eh2 x detox tea).Tp tak minum sgt. Alasan xtahan g jamban.
4. Aku beli losyen halia. Tp x sapu pon. Alasan malas.
Patut la aku x kurus2. Makin membulat ada la..hmm xpe currently aku da start with new plans. (Not so new sbb ada aku penah buat dulu..kan Yong kan)
1. Breakfast jangan lupa tolong la!!
2. Food diary. Jot down what, when and how much aku makan
3. Count calories. Make sure less than 1200 kcal sehari. But doesn't mean I need to skip meal
4. Get moving. Cardio exercise + weight training
5. Cut carb intake. Eat more protein & sayur & buah
6. Drink at least 2 liters of plain water.
7. No junk food. Jgn mengunyah bile tensen. Strictly prohibited!!!!
8. Kunyah makanan smpi lumat..(nasihat parid n jijang)
Tp masalahnye aku mengalami masalah kt peha je. Tp xpe la hope to lose 6 kg within 3 months. It takes dedication, motivation and hard work (erk lemah den dongar)
P/S: Kurus bkn sbb ape. Sayang kat baju je.
